Steve Bannon, Tucker Carlson and... Liz Truss? Inside the Former PM's Attempt for Make America Great Again

Britain's shortest-serving prime minister, kicked off the first edition of her YouTube show with a pledge to reveal "the evil-doers" striving to bring down the UK, United States and European nations. She stated she would reveal how an "worldwide alliance of liberal activists function to undermine popular rule and the will of the people."

"We will examine the Trump revolution and see how it can be accomplished in Britain," she said. "We'll be talking to the prominent voices of the Maga movement."

He set up his media outlet after criticism when allegations surfaced of promoting misleading narratives about the President's actions in the Ukraine, as well as controversial stories about the former US ambassador to Ukraine.

His claims were amplified within the conservative press, with the journalist appearing as a frequent visitor on the prominent Fox News program. Donald Trump promoted the journalist's work.

Solomon made the reports about Ukraine in a series of columns for the political newspaper the Hill, where he was re-labelled as a columnist after colleagues complained about his work. His narratives were central in Trump's demand for the Ukrainian government to probe the Bidens in that year. These actions culminated in impeachment charges against the president. The Senate later acquitted the president.

Weeks after the journalist departed the publication in late 2019, the publication announced it was conducting a assessment of his reporting about Ukrainian matters. It determined the journalist had cited untrustworthy contacts and stated he "omitted crucial information about primary contacts in Ukraine, such as the detail that they had been formally accused or were under investigation."

Entering the Ecosystem

His media appearances are a example of the right-wing media network the former prime minister is becoming part of. The academic said the growth of the internet-based right wing in the United Kingdom lately meant the "potential to have a larger effect is considerable."
